Youth Indoor Honors Clinic
Sherwood Indoor Fieldhouse

5th Grade thru 8th Grade


Our youth summer honors clinic is designed to teach every 5th thru 8th grade boy everything from the very basics of lacrosse to highly technical movements and formations.   At the end of this academy, your lacrosse player will have an outstanding understanding of the entire game of lacrosse.

Halfway through the clinic we will provide lunch and classroom instruction!

We will work to refine and perfect the fundamental concepts of lacrosse in each athlete.  This clinic will show athletes how to paralyze and isolate defenses, create open shots and create individual assist opportunities.  At the conclusion of this clinic athletes will know how and when to create open shot opportunities, how and when to shoot, and how and when to feed off ball teammates for the open shot.  This clinic is very structured and it will move at a fast and upbeat pace.

High School Outdoor Academy
Sherwood High School Stadium

5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Open to all current High School players, including Incoming Freshman

Our High School summer academy is designed to teach every high school player what it takes to be a successful high school player.  We will refine the fundamentals in each athlete while instilling teamwork and off ball movement.

Each athlete will learn several offensive formations, ranging from the very basic to the most advanced.  Athletes will also learn basic and advanced defensive formations, they will learn when to slide, double team, and they will learn how to recognize and read offensive sets.

   At the end of this academy, your lacrosse player will have sound fundamentals and an oustanding  knowledge of lacrosse.  Your athlete will learn everything from the basic principles to advanced strategies.
