Do you have used boys or girls gear laying around that the kids have outgrown or just don't use anymore?  Are you looking for slightly used gear that is still in good condition?  Don't miss this fantastic gear swap!  Trade your unwanted gear in for some great gear you can put to good use!

Details and Instructions:
Gear categories to be swapped and values of each category:                      

• Helmets (boys) -  $50
• Goggles (girls) - $20
• Sticks - $45
• Shoulder pads - $20
• Elbow pads - $10
• Gloves - $20
• Footwear (cleats) - $20

 Rules and process:

All like gear regardless of the price of initial purchase will be available for the same price (example – all helmets will be priced at $50, all pairs of gloves at $20). This encourages players to get to the event early to secure the best and least used gear.

All gear will be checked in, receive a number and color coded sticker. The player checking in the gear will receive a matching number sticker recognizing his or her gear.

The player who has checked in the gear now has currency for a trade, if he or she checked in a helmet; he or she now can trade up for a different helmet. If he or she checked in a stick and gloves, they now have currency to swap for a stick and glove. Upon swapping and leaving the facility, staff will reconcile the equipment traded or not traded.

Should a player have no equipment to swap and is looking to purchase used gear at a discounted rate which we encourage, all the gear and equipment will be at the same price, no negotiation or discrimination.

All gear brought in will either be traded, sold, or held on to for the next years “Gear Swap”. The player who has gear that was neither sold or swapped will have the option to receive a credit for next year, pick up his gear, or donate the gear to a child in need.

Should the individual whose gear has been sold rather than swapped, he or she will receive the monies less a minimal “Tualatin Lacrosse Club swap fee" within 30 days after the event.
